Each BE class targets different muscle groups to cultivate and maintain true strength and sustainable fitness. The Studio BE’s iconic smaller class size gives clients true personal attention from Houston’s top teachers so that you can feel both challenged and supported as you move, breathe and sweat. We have 2 boutique locations in Houston (Heights & Montrose) with over 100 scheduled weekly classes!
