About glo movement

Glo Movement is a sculpt, pilates and barre inspired at-home workout program created by professional dancer and fitness trainer, Jadyn Heck. Glo lies in the transformative power that low impact and intentional movement brings to one’s life. Each class on Glo is designed to challenge, inspire and strengthen your body and your mind, bringing you closer to yourself.

When I discovered low impact movement, I was struggling with my self confidence and had a negative relationship with exercise. The more I started to move with intention, I found that my relationship with myself grew stronger. Intentional movement played a vital role in healing my relationship with myself, which is why I’m so passionate about sharing it with the world.

The Glo Movement App has over 300 workouts ranging anywhere between 5 and 45 minutes long. Browse classes and programs from Full Body, Core, Stretch, Upper Body, Prenatal, Postnatal, Lower Body, Cardio and so much more!
