Sonny Pilates is a boutique reformer pilates studio in Pleasantville, NY offering small-group classes and private sessions that are welcoming, intentional, and designed to support your body, your wellness, and all the other good stuff.
Rooted in classical principles, adapted for how you move today, our sessions are grounded in strength, alignment, and mindful movement, with the goal of helping you feel longer, stronger, and more connected. With limited class sizes and personalized instruction, you’ll get the attention and form guidance you need to move safely and confidently, no matter your experience level.
