At Nutrio Physio & Pilates, we believe that movement is medicine — a vital part of living with strength, confidence, and ease. Since opening our doors in 2015, we’ve supported our community in Broughty Ferry, Dundee to move better, feel stronger, and live well at every age and stage of life.
Our boutique studio combines the science of physiotherapy with the mindful precision of Pilates and the restorative flow of yoga. We offer a carefully curated range of small group and one-to-one sessions, including studio equipment Pilates, mat Pilates, yoga classes, and physiotherapy treatments. Each session is designed and delivered by experienced professionals who take the time to understand your unique goals, challenges, and aspirations.
