About Centred Pilates

**Centred Pilates** is the official app for your Pilates practice at Centred Studios - a comprehensive Pilates and Wellness Hub in Ferrymead, Christchurch, offering group classes across Mat, Reformer, and Studio Equipment, as well as Private Sessions.

We exist for active people who want to keep doing what they love. Whether your body is not working the way it used to, you want to improve your performance in other sports, you are recovering from injury or surgery, navigating the changes of peri-menopause, or returning to movement after having a baby - Centred Pilates offers expert-led Pilates that meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go.

Our instructors hold internationally recognised qualifications through leading Pilates education providers, including Polestar, STOTT, BASI, and Balanced Body. Classes are purposely kept small - a maximum of four per Reformer and Studio Equipment class, ten per Mat class - so your instructor can genuinely see you, adjust for you, and progress with you every session. Our studio is equipped with the full range of Pilates apparatus, including Reformers, Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Wunder Chair - in a warm, welcoming space filled with natural light, timber, and greenery, overlooking the Ferrymead Estuary.

**Ready to begin?**
The best way to experience Centred Pilates is to dive in. Our Intro Offer, the **Pilates Body Reset**, gives you four weeks, twice a week, with full instructor guidance from day one. The **Reset** takes you progressively through Mat, Reformer, and Studio Equipment. The **Intensive** is a fully coordinated private and studio pathway designed for those with injury history or more complex needs. Both begin with your Movement Assessment, giving you a genuine experience of what Pilates can do for your body - at a significantly reduced rate.

As part of Centred Studios, Centred Pilates clients have access to physiotherapists, a podiatrist, psychologists, and a massage therapist - all under the same roof, whenever your journey calls for it.
