Bounce Fitness is a coaching-focused training facility designed to help you get stronger, move better, and perform at your best. Whether your goal is weight loss, building strength, improving mobility, or enhancing your pickleball performance, our experienced coaches are here to guide you every step of the way.
What's Included:
Convenient Location: 1726 Reisterstown Rd., Pikesville, MD 21208
Personal Training: One-on-one coaching with a certified trainer and a customized plan built around your goals
Small Group Training: Expert coaching in a supportive small-group environment with others working toward similar goals
Pickleball Performance Training: Sport-specific strength, power, mobility, balance, and injury prevention training to help you play your best on the court
Open Gym Access: Train on your own with daily access from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
At Bounce Fitness, you'll receive professional coaching, a welcoming community, and the tools you need to achieve lasting results—both in the gym and beyond.
