FaithFocus: Pray Before Scroll

You already reach for your phone a hundred times a day. FaithFocus turns a few of those reaches into something else — not a lock, a pause.

Choose the apps that pull hardest. When you open one, FaithFocus meets you with a short prayer — Scripture on a quiet, candle-lit screen — before you decide what happens next. Continue to your app, or stay with the pause. Both are always allowed. Nothing is ever shamed.

A RHYTHM, NOT A RESTRICTION
• Pray at the hours that already mean something: Morning, Midday, Vespers, Compline — gentle invitations, never nags
• Choose your firmness: Gentle (30s, skippable), Focused (40s), or Deep (90s)
• Guarded Hours: arm the pause only during the times you choose
• A journal of intentions: each pause can carry a line about what you were really looking for — or nothing at all; both are fine
• Honest streaks and statistics that tell the truth, never scold

YOUR TRADITION, RESPECTED
Broadly Christian, Catholic, Orthodox, or Protestant — prayers and Scripture that feel like home. Changeable anytime.

PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION
No account. No ads. Your app choices, prayers, journal, and streaks never leave your device — only anonymous usage statistics do.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE
FaithFocus uses Android's AccessibilityService API so it knows the moment you open one of the apps you chose, and can meet you with the prayer pause right then. It reads only the package name of the app coming to the foreground. It cannot read the content of your screen, anything you type, your passwords, or your messages — the service is declared without permission to retrieve window content. Nothing it observes ever leaves your device. You grant this yourself in Android Settings, and you can revoke it at any time.

FaithFocus is free. Missing a day is not an error. Locking your phone counts too.
