Edgelight Weather turns your Android home screen into an hourly weather forecast. It is a customizable live wallpaper that shows your forecast as a thin glow around the edges of your screen. Each segment represents one hour, and its color shows what is coming. Spot a cold morning, afternoon rain, or evening clearing without opening an app.

You stop checking. The forecast is on the lock screen before you unlock, in the corner of your eye while you're doing something else, and it never asks for your attention. It started as a strip of 24 lights by a front door in Colorado; the phone version is the same idea, carried with you.

WEATHER AT A GLANCE
• Temperature: see how the day warms and cools
• Conditions: follow sun, clouds, rain, and snow, with colors that dim after sunset
• Precipitation: see when rain starts, how hard it may fall, and when it lets up
• Wind: check for calmer hours before a ride, run, or day on the water
• Severe weather alerts: receive US alert notifications and choose your minimum severity

MAKE THE WALLPAPER YOURS
• Assign a weather channel to each screen edge
• Choose a preset palette or create custom color scales
• Adjust edge width, brightness, softness, contrast, and animations
• Use a black AMOLED-friendly backdrop, one of our defaults, or your own photo
• Choose US customary or metric units and a 24-hour or extended forecast

Temperature and conditions, a 24-hour forecast, provider choice, and severe weather notifications are included for free. Pro adds precipitation, wind, and alert edge channels, extended forecasts, GPS follow, faster refresh, and advanced appearance controls.

US forecasts and severe weather alerts come from the National Weather Service. MET Norway provides global forecast coverage.
