About Lex: Global Wallet

Lex is a self-custody wallet for assets on Base.

Invest brings your holdings, USD values, price history, investment returns, and recent activity together. Transfer lets you choose an asset, enter an exact token quantity or USD value, and review the details before authorizing a transaction with your passkey.

With Lex you can:
• Hold, send, and receive supported assets using wallet addresses, QR codes, and payment links
• Buy and sell available currency and stock tokens, subject to country and account eligibility
• Add USDC to supported Morpho lending vaults and receive vault-share tokens
• Use supported bank-transfer routes when available for your country and verification status
• Control optional analytics, location telemetry, device diagnostics, and marketing independently
• Export your wallet key and request account deletion from your profile

Stocks are blockchain tokens that provide economic exposure to the named companies. Currency tokens are designed to track the named currencies; they are not cash held in a bank account. Dollar values are estimates, and token values may change.

Yield is variable and not guaranteed. Morpho vaults involve lending and smart-contract risk. You may lose some or all of your assets. These assets are not FDIC-insured or protected by SIPC.

Bank-transfer and fiat-conversion services are provided and executed by the provider identified in the app under that provider’s terms. Fees and conversion determine the final amount received. Lex does not hold wallet assets or act as the counterparty to those provider transactions.

You must be at least 18 years old and live in a supported jurisdiction. Stock-token purchases require the existing country restrictions and eligibility confirmations. Some bank routes require identity verification by the applicable provider.
