MyBPStory is a simple personal log for recording blood pressure at home.
Save systolic and diastolic blood pressure, with optional heart rate, symptoms, and notes. Your readings sync with your private MyBPStory account so they are available from the Android app and the website.
Use MyBPStory to:
- Record daily blood pressure without keeping paper notes
- Add optional heart rate, symptoms, and personal context
- Review recent readings and simple trends
- Choose a 7-day, 14-day, 21-day, one-month, or all-time range
- Download a clear PDF report or CSV export
- Print or send a report to a clinician when you choose
- Receive an optional daily reminder around 9 a.m.
- Use light or dark mode
- Protect website sign-in with optional authenticator-app 2FA
- Export or permanently delete your account data
