byclinics is the patient app that lets you find healthcare professionals, book appointments, and check your medical schedule from your mobile device.
It's designed for patients of clinics, private practices, and healthcare centers: physiotherapy, psychology, dentistry, nutrition, podiatry, aesthetic medicine, and other health specialties.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Find professionals and centers
• Search by specialty and see the professionals available in each one.
• Search for a professional by their first and last name.
• View healthcare centers, including their address and province.
• Open each professional's or center's profile to see their information, services, and hours.
Book an appointment online
• Choose the service you need.
• Select an available date on the professional's calendar.
• Choose an available time from the available slots.
• Review the summary and confirm your appointment.
Check your schedule
• View your upcoming appointments grouped by center and professional.
• Also view your past appointment history.
• Review the date, time, type of visit, and status of each appointment.
Favorite Contacts
• Save the professionals and centers you regularly visit as favorites.
• Access them with a tap to reschedule appointments.
Notifications
• Receive alerts about your appointments and communications from your center.
• You can enable or disable notifications at any time in the settings.
Your Profile
• Complete and update your personal information, phone number, and address.
• Change your password whenever you need to.
• Choose the app language: Spanish, Basque, or Catalan.
• You can delete your account directly from the app.
SECURE ACCESS
Log in with your email and password, and enable fingerprint or facial recognition access for faster logins next time. Your credentials are stored securely on your device.
WHO CAN USE THE APP
byclinics works with healthcare centers and professionals who use our management platform. If your center doesn't yet use it, you won't be able to book appointments with them through the app.
