Babá Certa

Looking for a nanny for your family? Or nanny jobs? At Babá Certa, you get to know the person on the other side before you even make a deal.

TO FIND A NANNY
Post your nanny job and describe your family's routine. Search for nannies by distance, availability, and experience with each age group. See the different work arrangements, compare profiles, and organize applications and invitations in your selection process.

When both parties agree to chat, discuss the next steps in the app's chat. Text, photos, and audio, without needing to share your phone number on your profile.

FOR THOSE WHO WORK AS NANNIES
Looking for a nanny job, hourly, daily, relief, or full-time position? Create your profile, present your experience with babies and children, and indicate your hours and the types of jobs you want to work.

See family job openings and learn about their routines before applying. Receive invitations, choose who you want to talk to, and discuss the next steps in the app via text, photos, and audio.

TRUST STARTS WITH KNOWING WHO THEY ARE
Every nanny confirms their identity before showing up; the verified CPF (Brazilian tax ID) and background check complete the verified status, and until the background check is finalized, they cannot apply or even have a conversation.

The family also confirms who they are: a selfie with proof of life and CPF before posting the job, and an email address before any conversation.

While the verification process is underway, the family sees the nanny's profile as "Under verification." A federal background check does not replace a state criminal background check.

WE KEEP AN EYE ON IT
We check upon entry and continue to monitor afterward: an anti-fraud system immediately freezes any account that behaves like a scam, and real people decide what comes next. No verification guarantees the future; we check who the person is and what information is available about them today, and the decision is yours, with all the details at your fingertips.

If you need help, open a ticket through the app. Our team will respond and moderate it.

BABYSITTER PAYS NOTHING
You don't pay to create an account, apply, or chat. We don't charge a commission on your salary. The work agreement is between you. Babá Certa never charges the babysitter anything. We are not the ones who charge on our behalf.

THROUGHOUT BRAZIL
Registration is open to families and babysitters throughout the country. The number of profiles and vacancies varies by region. Only for those over 18 years of age.

Creating an account, posting a vacancy, searching profiles, applying, and chatting are free. If you want to know more about a candidate before closing a deal, the family can hire trusted services, per candidate and with her consent. Our team gathers and verifies official certificates. At the Complete Dossier level, there is also an interview with a psychologist and references. The report arrives by email and on the Family Portal, outside the app.

In the app, you will find privacy controls, communication preferences, and the option to delete your account.
