Schoolbag

School notices arrive as WhatsApp messages, emails, PDFs and photos of letters. Dates hide inside them: a trip on Thursday, a fee due "by the end of next week", "dress as a book character on Friday". Schoolbag reads them for you.

SHARE, DON'T TYPE
Share any notice into Schoolbag from WhatsApp, Gmail, Files or your camera roll. The app finds every dated item, works out the real date, and files it under the right child.

TRUST WHAT YOU SEE
Every event shows the sentence it came from. You confirm with one tap, fix a date if needed, or dismiss it.

TODAY, AT A GLANCE
Open the app and see what each child needs today and this week: homework due, things to bring, fees to pay, early finishes, trips. Overdue fees stay pinned until paid.

REMINDERS THAT FIT SCHOOL LIFE
Fees and deadlines remind you three days and one day before. Homework, dress-up days and things to bring remind you the evening before.

FEES AND A TERM RECAP
A fee summary shows what is due and what you have already paid this term. A term-end recap gathers everything each child did.

MADE FOR REAL FAMILIES
Several children, different schools, Monday-to-Friday or Sunday-to-Thursday weeks, day-first or month-first dates. Send any event to your phone's calendar.

YOUR NOTICES STAY ON THIS PHONE
There is no account and no sign-up. Your children's names and the notices themselves are kept on the device, not on our servers.

SMART READING, YOUR KEY
Add your own Anthropic API key in Settings and Claude reads your notices: rescheduled dates, "the Monday before", photos of letters and long newsletters come out right far more often. The notice text goes to Anthropic to be read, you pay Anthropic directly, a few fils per notice, and the key never leaves your phone's keychain.

FREE, ALL OF IT
Every feature above is free, with no limit on children or notices. A small banner pays for the app. If you would rather not see it, one purchase turns ads off for a year.
