Sticky Notes Pro - Note Widget

Sticky Notes Pro puts your notes where you see them: on the home screen as sticky note widgets, and in the notification bar as notes that come back even after a swipe. Shopping lists and to-dos stay in view without opening the app. Checklists, reminders and notes shared with family are built in.

KEY FEATURES

■ Sticky note widgets
Place any note on the home screen at any size. Long notes scroll, and checklist items can be ticked on the widget. With a live preview, adjust the opacity (0–100%), corners, paper (light, dark, match the phone or wallpaper colors), text size and color, bold, alignment, font, title and color strip. Removing a widget never deletes the note. Note list and Quick note widgets are included too.

■ Notes in the notification bar
Pin as many notes as you like. On Android 14 and later any notification can be swiped away, but with "Pin again when swiped away" on, the note comes right back. "Clear all" doesn't remove it, and pinned notes return after a restart or an app update. From the notification, add a line, check the next item or copy the text. You can also group 3 or more and hide contents on the lock screen.

■ Checklists
Enter adds the next item, drag to reorder, and checked items move to the bottom with a done count. "Uncheck all" and "Delete checked" reset a shopping list for reuse.

■ Reminders
Tap Tonight, Tomorrow morning or In 1 hour, or pick a date and time. Repeat daily, on weekdays, weekly, monthly or yearly. Get an alert with sound or quietly pin the note to the notification bar; snooze for 10 minutes or 1 hour.

■ Write without opening the app
A small editor opens over the home screen from widgets and notifications: close it to save, or tap Discard. Or start from the "Write a note" notification, the Quick Settings tile or text shared from other apps.

■ Nothing gets lost
No save button: notes save as you type. Undo, redo, "Undo this edit" and version history (20 versions) bring back earlier text, and deleted notes stay in the trash for 30 days. Organize with 12 colors, labels, pin to top, archive, search and filters.

■ Shared notes with family or team
Share a note to get an 8-character invite code (also as a QR code). Others enter the code in this app to join, with no sign-up; joining and editing a shared note you were invited to is free. If two people write at once, both changes are kept, and offline edits are sent once you're connected. The owner can remove members, make a new code or stop sharing, and everyone keeps their copy.

■ Backup and privacy
Back up all notes, drawings and settings to one .zip (Google Drive works too); restoring keeps your current notes. Export or import notes as .txt files. Lock the app or single notes with your phone's screen lock (PIN, pattern, fingerprint or face).

• Creating shared notes and inviting others (invited people join and write for free).
• Photo backgrounds and 20 patterns for widgets (the photo is copied into the app, so the original can be deleted).

• Handwritten sticky notes (pen colors and widths, eraser, undo), also on the home screen.
• The Note stack widget: swipe through several notes.
• Daily automatic backup to a folder you choose.
Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It's tied to your Google account, so on a new phone tap "Restore purchase".

YOUR DATA
Notes are stored on this device, and there is no account. Only shared notes are sent to the server (Google Firebase), and only members can read them. Notification bar notes and reminders need the notifications permission.

PLEASE NOTE
Reminders don't use exact alarms, so they may arrive a few minutes late (about 10 minutes on Android 12 and later). Widgets may look slightly different depending on your launcher.
