BeVigil

BeVigil connects security guards with shift work, and gives the companies that hire them a real operations platform — rostering, live dispatch, and compliance, not spreadsheets and texts.

If you're a guard:

Find work without an invite
Browse security companies on BeVigil and request to join — no invite code needed. Build a track record across more than one employer if you want it.

Your shifts, your licence, on you
See today's and upcoming shifts, clock in with geofenced attendance, scan patrol checkpoints, and report incidents — all from your phone.

Never miss a renewal
Submit your security licence, first aid, and other certifications; get warned before any of them lapse.

If you run a security company:

Roster in minutes, not hours
Auto-roster proposes a guard for every open shift based on availability, certifications, fatigue rules, and past reliability — you review and approve, it never assigns without you.

See who's actually on site
Live dispatch shows every guard currently on shift, their location, and their status — on patrol, at a checkpoint, on break, or flagged idle if they've gone quiet longer than you'd expect.

Venues request coverage, you approve it
Clients submit staffing requests straight from their own portal — no more chasing emails and texts.

Compliance documents that write themselves
Duty registers, incident registers, and checkpoint logs generate automatically as guards clock in, scan, and report — sequentially numbered and ready before anyone asks. Australia-wide, with jurisdiction-specific handling for VIC, NSW & WA.

For security companies of any size — from a two-person crew to a multi-site operation — and the guards who work for them.
