KEY FEATURES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• SAMPLE SIZE CALCULATOR
Enter your lot quantity, inspection level, and AQL value — get the exact sample size plus Accept (Ac) and Reject (Re) numbers.

• TWO INSPECTION MODES
Combined AQL — one sample size for the entire lot (based on total quantity).
AQL per Style — a separate sample size for each style, ideal when each style needs its own inspection report.

• MAJOR & MINOR AQL
Set different AQL values for Major and Minor defects. Popular defaults like AQL 2.5 and AQL 4.0 are pre-loaded and easy to switch.

• GENERAL & SPECIAL INSPECTION LEVELS
Choose General Level I, II, or III for sample size. Choose Special Level S1–S4 for measurements and testing.

• UPLOAD PACKING LIST
Import Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV packing lists. The app automatically detects columns like Style, Description, Color, Size, Quantity, and Cartons. Review the mapping before extracting — you stay in control.

• PROPORTIONAL DISTRIBUTION
Sample size and carton count are automatically distributed across every Style → Color → Size position, based on each position's share of the total quantity.

• CARTON SELECTION
Calculates how many cartons to select using the square root of the total carton count, distributed proportionally.

• PICK QTY PER CARTON
Shows how many pieces to pick from each selected carton to complete your sample.

• AQL CHART & REFERENCE TABLES
Built-in Table I (sample size by lot size) and Table II-A (Ac/Re by sample size) for quick reference — no need to carry a printed AQL chart.

• SAVE & REUSE
Save any calculation with a file name. Reopen it later to view, edit, or reuse. Merge rows from a saved file into your current calculation.

• EXPORT & SHARE
Download results as Excel or CSV. Print a professional inspection report.

• WORKS OFFLINE
Once loaded, the app works without internet. All your data stays on your device.
