TruVisit

TruVisit is a field workforce management platform that gives organizations verified visibility into every field visit — where it happened, when, and by whom.

Built for teams whose work happens outside the office, TruVisit replaces manual check-ins and unreliable paper trails with GPS-verified, photo-documented visit records that hold up to scrutiny.

VERIFIED CHECK-INS, NOT JUST TIMESTAMPS

Every visit is confirmed using multi-sample GPS averaging for location accuracy, paired with on-device face verification that matches the worker checking in against their reference photo. Together, these give managers confidence that a visit record reflects what actually happened in the field — not just what was typed into a form.

WORKS WHERE CONNECTIVITY DOESN'T

Field work often means poor or no signal. TruVisit is built offline-first: visits, photos, and location data are captured and queued locally on the device, then synced automatically the moment connectivity returns. No visit is lost to a dead zone.

BUILT FOR ACCOUNTABILITY

TruVisit maintains a complete audit log of visit activity, giving organizations a defensible record for compliance, client billing, or internal review. Report numbers are generated automatically for every completed visit, and premium PDF exports are available for sharing outside the app.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Location and visit data collected during a tracked visit are visible only within your own organization's TruVisit account — never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to build user profiles for marketing. Background location is only ever collected during an active, manager-enabled tracked visit, with clear in-app disclosure before any permission is requested.

WHO TRUVISIT IS FOR

TruVisit is designed for organizations that manage field-based teams — service technicians, sales representatives, delivery and logistics staff, inspectors, and any role where confirming physical presence at a location matters. Whether your team has five field workers or five hundred, TruVisit scales to give leadership a clear, verified picture of field operations.

Getting started requires an organization account. Contact your administrator, or reach out to us to set up TruVisit for your team.
