RAPT

RAPT is a self-control app for people who want stronger boundaries around phone use.

Block distracting apps and websites, set your own rules, and make it harder to drift into habits you want to change. Whether you want to focus on work, study with fewer interruptions, or stay away from specific apps and sites, RAPT helps you follow through.

Features:
• Block selected apps
• Block selected websites and domains
• Schedule blocks for specific times
• Use focus and lock rules to create structure
• Review usage and blocking activity
• Enable place-based blocking for saved locations
• Use strict protection options for stronger commitment
• Unlock early only when you really need to

RAPT is designed for self-directed use. You choose what to block, when to block it, and how strict the rules should be.

Important information:
• App blocking relies on Android accessibility and usage access permissions
• Website blocking uses a local VPN on your device
• Place-based blocking uses location only if you enable that feature
• Some protection features depend on device settings, Android version, and manufacturer behavior

RAPT uses sensitive permissions only to provide the blocking, protection, and analysis features you choose to enable. It is not an accessibility tool for disability assistance, and it is not used for advertising.

RAPT may offer subscriptions, free trials, and digital items used for early unlock flows inside the app.

If you want to reduce distractions, protect your focus, and build better habits with real friction, RAPT is built for that.
