Undial: Screen Time Blocker

You know the number is bad. Undial shows you exactly how bad, then walls it off, one honest rung at a time.

THE ESCALATION LADDER
R1 Pause: a breath and an intention before the app opens.
R2 Budget: a per-open time budget.
R3 Wall: scheduled blocks. Early unlock costs a real ritual.
R4 Commitment: uncancellable until the timer ends. Changes wait 24 hours.
R5 Anchor: unlocks only with your NFC tag. Any tag.

HONEST STRICTNESS
Every blocker can be bypassed. We're the only ones who say so, and log it when it happens. Optional accountability partner gets one plain email. No shame, no mascots, no trees.

THE INTERRUPT
47 minutes into the feed, your phone stops and tells you what that time was for. One tap walls it for the day.

PRIVACY
Your app list and usage stay on your phone. No ads, no tracking, no data sale.

Undial is a self-improvement tool for adults, not parental control.
