Playnono

Playnono is a picross puzzle game built around the simple act of solving.

A picross — also known as a nonogram or griddler — is a logic puzzle where numbered clues along the rows and columns tell you which cells to fill in. Each puzzle has exactly one correct solution.

Find it, and a hidden image emerges.

What's different about Playnono:
— Hand-curated puzzles. Every grid was designed and tested individually. No procedural noise, no filler — each puzzle has a recognizable image at the end. New ones added regularly.
— Calm, distraction-free design. A warm cream surface, an editorial type system, and a single terracotta accent. No flashing ads, no nagging upsells, no engagement bait.
— Create your own. A built-in editor lets you draw a puzzle, validate that it has exactly one solution, and publish it for everyone else to play.
— Smart helpers without spoilers. Auto-mark fills in the rest of a row once your filled cells match the clues. A debounced wrong-cell flagger gives you a beat to self-correct before pointing out mistakes.
— Pinch-to-zoom and pan for larger grids on smaller screens. Axis-locked dragging paints a whole row or column at speed without smudging into the neighbor.
— Sign in to sync progress across devices, or play signed-out. Everything works either way.

What Playnono doesn't do:
— No ads, no analytics SDKs, no third-party trackers
— No data sale or sharing — full disclosure at playnono.app/privacy
— No "rate the app" prompts, no daily-streak guilt, no engagement gimmicks
— No pay-to-skip or pay-to-unlock — the library is free

Puzzles range from 5×5 introductions to 30×30 challenges. Solved or in-progress, your work is preserved across sessions.
