Korelink Residente

Korelink Residents is your direct access to your building's operations, without calls to the security desk or messages to the condo group.

YOUR VISITORS, AUTHORIZED BEFORE THEY ARRIVE
Register who you're expecting and share a six-digit code or a signed QR code. Your visitor enters without having to explain anything to anyone and without you having to go downstairs. Each pass has a clear validity window: you decide when it starts and when it expires.

YOUR PACKAGES, NO NEED TO ASK AT RECEPTION
Know when a delivery arrives addressed to you, see what you have pending for pickup, and review the complete history. If someone else picked up for you, it's recorded there.

AMENITY RESERVATIONS
Check availability and reserve the terrace, lounge, or court from your phone, according to the rules and capacity limits set by your management.

REQUESTS AND REPORTS
Submit a service request or report a problem with evidence, and track its progress without having to chase anyone down. A record is kept of your requests and actions taken.

MULTIPLE PROPERTIES
If you own more than one unit, or live in one and rent another, you can switch between them without logging out.

YOUR INFORMATION IS PROTECTED
Secure login, unlock with fingerprint or face, and credentials stored securely on your phone. Your data belongs to your building: Korelink does not sell or use it for advertising. You can request account deletion from the korelink app.

REQUIRES YOUR BUILDING TO USE KORELINK
