About Korelink Operaciones
Korelink Operations is the app for the staff who keep a building running smoothly every day: reception, concierge, security, and maintenance.
It's not an administrative portal. It's the shift work tool.
SIZED PACKAGE RECEIVING
It registers entire shipments without manually entering each waybill. Assisted capture reads the label, the system suggests the recipient, and exceptions are placed in a separate queue instead of holding up the line. Each delivery maintains its complete chain of custody: who received, when, who delivered, and with what evidence.
VISITORS AND CONTRACTORS
The resident authorizes from their app; you execute from yours. Six-digit codes and signed QR codes with explicit validity windows. Contractors enter with a defined scope and schedule, not with an open pass.
INCIDENTS AND SHIFT LOG
Incident, service request, work order, and shift update are four distinct things, not a generic ticket. Recording an update mid-shift takes seconds. Altering it later, silently, is impossible: the log is append-only.
AMENITIES AND DIRECTORY
Reservations, occupancy control, and the directory of residents and units in the portfolio, with a search function that responds as you type.
MULTIPLE BUILDINGS, ONE APP
If you manage a portfolio, you can switch properties without logging out. Every action is attributed to the correct building and the correct user.
WORKS EVEN WITH NETWORK DOWNTIME
Building operations don't stop if the connection fails. The app continues working and synchronizes when the connection is restored.
SECURITY
Login with OAuth 2.0 and PKCE against your identity provider, biometric unlocking, and credentials stored in the operating system's secure vault. Every action is linked to a correlation identifier that allows you to reconstruct what happened, in what order, and by whom.
