Decently

Decently is the all-in-one tool for organizing volunteers at conventions and assemblies. Built for the people who make these events run — overseers, department heads, captains, and every volunteer who serves — it replaces paper schedules, group texts, and last-minute scrambles with one calm, reliable app.

SCHEDULING THAT UPDATES ITSELF
• Build shift schedules by department, location, and time
• Assign volunteers with a tap and see coverage gaps at a glance
• Auto-fill open shifts from your available volunteers

FOR VOLUNTEERS
• Your next shift and where to be, front and center
• A reminder before you're due
• Can't make it? Tell your captain in one tap so coverage is arranged

FOR ORGANIZERS
• Track readiness across every department in real time
• Approve volunteers, manage congregations, and carry rosters to the next event
• Check volunteers in on the day and see who's present at a glance

BUILT FOR THE JOB
• Works on the phone in your pocket, even on slow venue wifi
• Clear, large, and easy to read for volunteers of every age
• Push notifications so nothing is missed

Decently — theocratic events, by arrangement.
