Money Manager is a personal expense tracker that works entirely on your phone: income, expense and transfer records, monthly and weekly budgets, a spending calendar, clear charts and Excel-safe CSV — with NO login, no banner or pop-up ads and no cloud account. Your financial data never leaves your device.

There is no account to create before you record your first expense, and nothing to sync. The app opens straight into the keypad.
