Acalme-se

The "Calm Down" app opens the eight steps of the A.C.A.L.M.E.-S.E. protocol, one at a time.

Press the red button, follow the steps, breathe, and focus on the activities. The phone vibrations, images, sounds, and activities of "Calm Down" are there to help: calm you down when you need it most.

It's a sequence of steps, a routine to relieve and calm anxiety. You touch, breathe, follow. Your body joins in.

THE PROTOCOL

Accept. Contemplate. Act. Release. Maintain. Examine. Smile. Wait.

The red button pops up to help you on the home screen - the app opens here.

In the Steps tab, you choose the letter to perform the individual steps; you can practice guided breathing, for example, to calm down whenever you need it.

WARNING

WHAT DO WE GAIN FROM THIS?

A button to calm down. An inspiration to save. A night to write. A voice to speak. A patch of grass to touch.

Yes, BLA makes apps. And BLA does good.

Share with those who need it, because only those who have needed to calm down know how much something like this can help.
