Block Party: Block Puzzle

BLOCK PARTY is three block puzzles in one game. Pick the one that suits your mood, beat your own best score, and play with the sound off on the bus.

GRID RUSH. Three pieces at a time, one eight-by-eight board. Drag a piece anywhere it fits and fill a whole row or column to blast it away. Clear two lines at once, then keep the run going, and the combo multiplier does the rest. It ends when nothing you have been dealt will fit, so every piece you put down is a choice about the piece you have not seen yet.

DROP ZONE. Blocks fall, you shuffle them left and right, and full lines vanish. Drag to move, tap to turn, flick down to slam a piece home. The ghost outline shows exactly where it will land. Clear four rows in one drop for a QUAD BLAST. Every ten lines the whole board speeds up.

POP PANIC. The board rises from the bottom, one row at a time, and you pop groups of three or more of the same colour before it reaches the top. Big groups score far more than small ones, so there is always a choice between clearing the danger now and waiting for a better one. Tap a colour that has nowhere to go and the board rises sooner.

Every mode keeps its own best score on your device. The puzzles work offline and no account is needed to play. Optional global rankings let you join with a random player name and share your scores. You can leave and delete your online player profile and scores from the Scoreboards screen. Global rankings, adverts, purchases and purchase restoration need an internet connection.

A banner advert and the occasional full-screen advert between games keep Block Party free, and a single Remove Adverts purchase turns them off forever. When available, an optional rewarded video offers one second chance. Remove Ads turns off advertising. Restore your purchase using the same Google Play account. There is no subscription.
