About ArcLead CRM
ACCOUNTS
Keep every company profile complete: business type, registration number, address, telephone, mobile numbers, email addresses, website, Facebook and Messenger links, and notes. Rate accounts with priority stars and track them through your outreach funnel (New, Contacted, Responded, Meeting, Client). Find anything fast with search, filter chips, and facet counts. Business types and outreach stages are fully customizable, and renames apply everywhere.
CONTACTS
Record the people behind every account — names, titles, phone numbers, emails, social accounts, and notes. Filter by company, status (lead, active, churned), priority, and last-contact recency. Tap to call, text, or email straight from the profile.
DEALS & KANBAN PIPELINE
Create deals with value, expected close date, and win probability. Move deals through six stages — Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won, Lost — on a swipeable kanban board. Every stage change is recorded, so each deal carries its full history and the funnel report knows which deals ever reached each stage.
ACTIVITIES & FOLLOW-UPS
Log calls, emails, meetings, tasks, and notes against any account, contact, or deal. See Overdue, Today, and Upcoming work in one list. One tap logs a completed call or email and advances the outreach funnel. Schedule follow-ups as threaded chains so the whole conversation stays together. Add any activity to your phone's calendar with a reminder.
DASHBOARD & REPORTS
Open value, weighted pipeline, won-this-month, and your pace toward a monthly target. Reports by stage, sales funnel, and business type — computed from your own records.
PROSPECT IMPORT
Start fast with a bundled directory of registered companies and their contact channels. Import in one tap — company profiles become accounts and their officers become contacts. Re-running an import only fills in what's missing; nothing is duplicated.
WORKS OFFLINE
No account, no sign-in, no internet needed. Every record is stored on your phone. Pick your currency — symbols and formats update across every screen.
SECURITY
Optional app lock: a 4-6 digit PIN plus fingerprint or face unlock, with escalating lockout after wrong attempts. The lock re-engages whenever you return to the app.
BACKUPS & RESTORE
One file holds your entire database. Encrypt it with a passphrase and save it anywhere — Google Drive, Downloads, USB, your computer — then restore on any phone. Your data moves only when you say so.
ArcLead is a record-keeping tool for your own sales work. It does not process payments or transactions.
