You are the team principal of a backmarker in a fictional open-wheel world. Found your team — its name, its colours, its emblem — sign two drivers inside a budget, and take the last car on the grid forward.

THE PIT CALL IS YOURS
Your cars never pit on their own. You press BOX, you pick the tyre, you choose the lap. The pit wall tells you what it knows — the stop your plan booked, the lap the tyre falls off its cliff, rain on the way, a rival stopping from just behind, the wrong tyre for the track — and then it is your call, with the race still running.

THE DECISIONS ARE THE GAME
When a race does stop to ask, it asks something only you can answer: attack or hold, spend the battery or save it. Every option states the terms of the bet — the gap an attack buys, the places it can cost — and none of them tells you how it ends, because that is the part you are being asked to judge.
