MyCNPP

MyCNPP is the official mobile application of the National Public Pension House. It brings the electronic services of the Virtual Private Space (SPV) to your phone. You can consult your pension decision information, generate official reports and send requests to the pension house anytime and anywhere, without going to the counter.

PENSION VOUCHER, IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT
If you receive your pension in a bank account, you can see the monthly electronic payment voucher directly in the application. It is the digital equivalent of the voucher received by mail and contains all the details of the payment of your rights.

OFFICIAL REPORTS, DIGITALLY SIGNED BY CNPP
Generate PDF reports electronically signed by CNPP on request:

contribution period and points achieved;

scanned work book;
information from the pension decision;
Pillar II pension fund;

The generated reports remain saved in the history, so you can view or download them at any time.

SIMULATE YOUR PENSION
Get an estimate of your future pension based on your contribution period registered with the CNPP. You can also add other periods, such as past periods, purchased periods or future periods, and see how the estimate changes.

ONLINE REQUESTS, FOLLOWED STEP BY STEP
You have access to CNPP electronic applications in areas such as pensions, work accidents and occupational diseases, medical bills, death benefits and international pensions. You complete them, attach the documents, sign them and send them to the territorial pension house of your choice. In the Application history section, you can track the status of each application, respond to requests for additional information and see the final resolution.

PETITIONS, COMPLAINTS AND QUESTIONS
Send a petition or complaint to the pension house or ask a question directly to a CNPP consultant.

Receive information from CNPP and partner public institutions, all in one place.

SECURE AUTHENTICATION
Log in with your email and password or your ROeID digital identity. If you don't have an account yet, create one directly from the application: via ROeID, with a qualified digital certificate or through a completed application at the pension house counter.

MyCNPP is developed and managed by the National Public Pension House. User data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the CNPP privacy policy.
