TVDE Driver: earnings & hours

The free app for TVDE drivers in Portugal to keep their work in order: what you earn, what you spend, the hours you work and the documents that must not expire. All in one place, with no spreadsheets and no paper in the glovebox.

EARNINGS AND EXPENSES
Log what you earned on Uber and Bolt, per day or per week, exactly as each platform's app shows it. Add expenses with a photo of the receipt, and extra income such as tips. See the week's balance and the reports, always excluding VAT, and export to Excel whenever you want.

WEEKLY GOAL
Set how much you want to earn this week. The bar shows how much you have made, how much is left and how much you need per day in the days remaining.

TIME CLOCK
Start the day when you head out, take breaks and finish when you are done. The app counts your working time and warns you before the legal limits: 10 hours in any 24-hour period, 60 hours in a week and a 48-hour average over four months. Get a PDF of your working hours to show at a roadside check.

DOCUMENTS ALWAYS VALID
Photograph your documents and your vehicle's, if you wish: ID card, driving licence, TVDE certificate, insurance, inspection. The app reads the expiry date and reminds you 30, 15, 7 and 2 days before, and on the day itself.

MY COMPANIES
Working through a company? Keep a record of where you worked and how much you earned at each.

YOUR DATA
Free and with no ads. The app never asks for your location. Your data stays in the European Union, in Frankfurt. You can export everything or close your account from within the app.

Sign in with your email, no passwords: you get a code and you are in. You can also sign in with Google or Apple.

TVDE Driver helps you keep within the working-time limits; staying within them remains the driver's responsibility. It is not accounting or invoicing software.
