CUD 1818

CUD 1818, the Single Complaints Center app, is a digital support platform created by the Ministry of the Interior (Mininter) for citizens to file reports, complaints, and inquiries regarding misconduct by police and Interior Ministry personnel, human trafficking, violence against women and family members, drug sales outlets, among other topics. The information received is evaluated by specialized personnel, who then forward it to the appropriate agencies for investigation.
