Neuro Móvil is the official app of the National Institute of Neurological Sciences (INCN), designed to bring our health services to patients quickly, securely, and from the convenience of their mobile devices.

What can you do in the app?

Appointment Management: Review the details of your upcoming scheduled appointments (both virtual and in-person) and keep track of your completed medical appointments.

Procedures and Referrals: Check the status of your referrals (REFCON) and track your online appointment requests.

Prescriptions: Access your prescriptions, review the medications prescribed by your doctor, and check the exact quantities without the risk of losing the paper prescription.

Clinical Results: Review your medical orders and view or download reports of tests and procedures performed directly in PDF format, with the official endorsement and letterhead of the institute.

Institutional Information: Access official information from the INCN and stay informed about our operations.

Secure and Private Access
Protecting your medical information is our priority. To access the application, we use a two-step identity verification system. You only need to:

Enter your Document Type, Number, and Date of Birth.

Enter the 4-digit security code (OTP) that will be sent to the email address you have registered with the hospital.

Note: Access to this application is exclusively for patients already registered and of legal age in the National Institute of Neurological Sciences system.
