BeadGrid: Bead Patterns

BeadGrid is a cozy creative space for people who love designing their own beadwork. Its clean, intuitive editor helps you create patterns for loom weaving and peyote stitch. Soft rose, burgundy and silver tones keep the focus on your work.

Start with the basics
Name your pattern, choose a weaving technique and set the number of columns. Every new pattern starts with 10 rows. Add 10 more whenever you need room to grow. In peyote patterns, adjacent columns are offset by half a bead.

Build your bead palette
Choose any color, enter a precise HEX value and give each shade a name. Add more colors as you work. Editing a palette color updates every bead using that color.

Draw at your own pace
Tap a cell or drag your finger across the canvas to paint. Erase in the same way, undo and redo changes, and use two fingers to pan and zoom.

Keep your tools close
Move the compact toolbar to the left, right, top or bottom edge. Your palette, brush and eraser stay within reach.

Grow your pattern collection
Patterns save automatically on your device. Rename your work, return to it later or duplicate a pattern to try a new idea. No account is required, and the editor works offline.

Save, share and print
Export a pattern as a PDF to view it on a larger screen, zoom in or print it. The pattern fills the available page width. Long patterns continue on the next page at the correct row, followed by a palette with color numbers and bead counts.

Use Android's familiar share menu to send a PDF to Google Drive, email or another compatible app. Print through your device's print service.

Save a single editable pattern or your entire collection, including palettes, as a .beadgrid file. Restore it later to keep drawing. Restored patterns are added without replacing your existing work.

All drawing tools are free. The app includes a banner ad at the bottom. Remove ads forever with one Google Play purchase — no subscription.

Available in English and Russian. Uninstalling the app deletes locally stored patterns, so save a .beadgrid file first if you want to restore them later. Restore your purchase using the same Google Play account.

Supports 1–100 columns and up to 1,000 rows. For peyote patterns, editor rows count beads per column, rather than thread passes. BeadGrid is a pattern design tool, not a weaving tutorial.
