About Ludus Latrunculorum

The King and pawns move horizontally and vertically without being able to jump over other pieces. Capture conditions: A pawn is captured if it is surrounded on two opposite sides by the opponent. If the pawn is in the corner, it is captured by occupying the two free sides.
