Yipshanks

Yipshanks is a free, ad-free, subscription-free golf scoring app that puts your plays back in your hands.

— LIVE TOURNAMENTS —
Host or join with a single code. Live leaderboards update in real time.
Combine multiple events into a series and watch the season standings build.
Public boards work in any browser; private events stay invite-only.

— SCORECARDS —
Stroke, scramble, skins, stableford, match play, best ball. 9 or 18 holes.
Per-hole stats, friendly wagers, and a beautifully exportable scorecard you can share to anyone over text or social.

— PRIVATE NOTES —
Keep encrypted notes about who you played with — what they said, what they're up to, what to follow up on. Yours alone. Never shared.

— PERSONAL COACH —
Bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google AI key. Yipshanks talks to the provider directly from your browser — no third-party server in the middle. Your prompts and your data stay between you and the model.

— PERFORMANCE INTELLIGENCE —
Estimated handicap, score-to-par trends, course mastery, format strength, front/back gap analysis. The pattern advisor runs entirely on your device with no API key required.

— BUILT TO RESPECT YOU —
Local-first storage. No accounts. No telemetry. No ads. No upsells.
AGPL-3.0 open source. Built by Justin Chase Ford under the Ninth Star Foundation.
