The VHT app will support MoH in enhancing community health service delivery via VHTs and strengthen real time reporting and data use across the health system in line with digitization strategy. The VHT app offers five areas of functionality: messaging for real-time coordination within the community, task and schedule management for equitable and timely service delivery, decision support workflows for quality integrated care, longitudinal profiles for households and clients health status and service delivery tracking, and analytics for performance tracking across the health system
