Receive alerts when a visitor starts a chat or sends a message on a connected website. Tap an alert to open that conversation and reply. Let your AI assistant handle the conversation, take over yourself, then return the chat to AI when you are ready.

A TengriChat account and a connected website assistant are needed for live customer conversations. Preview mode uses fictional sample data and does not send customer messages. Feature availability depends on your existing account, plan, permissions and service configuration. This Play Store edition manages existing account access and does not offer purchases in the app.
Visitor notifications require Android notification permission and an internet connection. Background monitoring uses an ongoing notification and normally checks for activity every 15 seconds. Android battery restrictions and force-stopping the app can delay or stop delivery.
