OWL Delivery

OWL Delivery runs a delivery and cash-on-delivery company: the office, the drivers and the merchants on one system, and every parcel known — where it is, who holds it, and what was collected for it.

This app is for OWL Delivery users: sign in with your company code and your account, and everything stays in sync with the website and every other device in the company.

For drivers
· Today's parcels in one place: in hand, out for delivery, and done.
· Scan a parcel's label with the camera to take it — the scan moves custody to you.
· Mark it delivered, or not delivered with a clear reason, and record what the customer paid.
· Call or WhatsApp the customer in one tap, and open the address in maps.
· Your cash: how much you hold, where it came from, and what you have handed in.

For the office
· Every parcel on a status board that updates itself: new, on the way, delivered, returned.
· Assign parcels to drivers, receive from merchants, and run the warehouse.
· Print QR labels and waybills.
· Drivers' cash: what each driver holds, and receiving it from them.
· Merchant statements: what they are owed, what was deducted, advances and debts.
· Delivery pricing by province, area and merchant.
· Reports on parcels, collections, drivers and merchants.

For merchants
· Where every parcel is, as it moves.
· Add new orders and follow returns.
· Your statement with the delivery company and what you are owed.

Security and privacy
· Each company's data is isolated from every other at the database level.
· Each person sees only what their role allows, and every action is recorded under the name of whoever did it.
· The app asks for the camera when you scan or take a photo, and for location when you mark a delivery or pin an address — only at those moments, never in the background.
· No ads, no tracking.
