Teddy is a little bear born and raised with a passion for cooking and a desire to share his exceptional recipes with everyone.
Our "Lab" journey began a long time ago, in the major American cities where the burger was invented and perfected to become the most popular meal on planet Earth.

We simply asked ourselves: what's missing for the most consumed meal in the world to truly be a perfect meal? We studied Chicago's fast food restaurants, we observed New York's diners, we tasted products from all the world's major chains, and we came to a conclusion that was, to say the least, obvious: it's missing a bit of Italy! That's why we were the first to work hard to instill in American tradition a bit of the roots of the country that didn't invent the burger, but gave birth to the word "cuisine."

All we did was bring the smashed burger to Rome, replacing the industrial products used by large chains with excellence from the Italian supply chain.
