MenthalArts | Billing brings together in a single app the necessary tools to work with the RFCs you manage. Each RFC maintains its own plan, permissions, digital stamps, catalogs, and file.

Main features:

• CFDI issuance and control: manage clients, products, and services; prepare drafts, quotes, and pro forma invoices; configure concepts, taxes, withholdings, relationships, and addenda; issue, download, resend, and request cancellations.

• Multiple document types: work with CFDI for income, expenses, payments, payroll, transfers, and withholdings, in addition to the addenda and specialized data available for each transaction.

• Organized documents: view PDF, XML, and ZIP files, series, folios, UUIDs, statuses, and cancellation receipts from the corresponding file.

• Simplified pre-accounting: review issued and received CFDI, classifications, percentages, PPD, payment addenda, credit notes, cancellations, withholdings, balances, and tax returns. Export information to Excel and PDF and generate the file for bulk upload of the DIOT (Taxpayer Information Return) when the required data is complete.

• Payroll: Manage employers and employees, monthly or bi-weekly periods, incidents, vacations, benefits, severance payments, assimilated income, profit sharing, calculations, batches, and draft pay stubs. Parameters retain their version for each fiscal year.

• SAT Importer: Manage browser linking and authorized RFCs (Taxpayer Identification Numbers) from the app. Downloading and importing XML and PDF files from the SAT portals is done through the desktop browser extension.

• Shared Work: Allows you to manage multiple RFCs from one account and invite another account with permissions controlled by RFC.

The app uses encrypted connections and keeps each RFC's records separate. The available tools and limits depend on the active plan and the corresponding tax configuration.

To access the app, you need an active MenthalArts or MAXhosting account. The app does not include account creation or purchases.

Pre-accounting tools, tax suggestions, and payroll calculations are operational aids. They do not replace professional review nor do they, on their own, determine the tax, accounting, or labor treatment of each case.
