Wycena Pro: Kosztorys i Cennik

Have you ever lost a job due to a late submission of a quote? Now that won't happen again! Wyciena Pro is a professional app for professionals, installers, service technicians, and contractors in the construction and technical industries, and beyond! The app combines an intuitive creator for professional quotes and offers in PDF format, margin and profitability calculators, and a local CRM module for managing clients directly in the field or during measurements.

Digital Quoting and Customer Database - Local CRM
The app allows you to instantly close sales on-site and eliminate the need to copy notes from paper in the evenings:

Quotes and Quotations in 2 Minutes: Instantly generate clear, aesthetically pleasing quotes and preliminary cost estimates in PDF format with your company logo.

Instant acceptance of terms and signature by the investor directly on the phone screen, with the option to send the finished quote via email or WhatsApp.

Investor Cards and Order History: Automatically assign prepared quotes to client profiles, creating a complete history of inquiries and completions.

Bid status management: built-in project register with statuses (in preparation, sent, accepted, rejected, completed).

Profitability calculators and work price lists
Precise calculation logic protects contractors against underpricing and material losses:

Margin, markup, and profit calculator: automatic calculation of actual net profit, percentage margin, and fixed-amount margin after taking into account material purchase discounts.

Proprietary materials and labor database: a handy catalog of frequently used items, labor-hour rates, and wholesale/retail prices.

Travel and fixed cost calculator: automatic calculation of logistics, transportation, and equipment wear and tear costs.

Profitability Check and Ready-Made Templates
A module that accelerates the estimation of typical installation and maintenance services:

Work Packages and Templates: Create repeatable material and service packages (e.g., split air conditioning installation, boiler replacement, sanitary installation, electrical point installation) with a single click.

Transparent Cost Structure: Automatically divide the quote into sections (labor, materials, transportation, additional work) with the option to hide detailed markups from the client.

Export and Sharing: Generate a print-ready document or send it immediately.

Data Security and Privacy
100% Offline Mode: The application works completely offline – in basements, on unfinished construction sites, or in halls with poor signal reception.
