The Lemtari (High Institution for Customary Communities) Whitelabel application is a mobile-based digital platform developed to support the digital transformation of customary institutions and improve the welfare of local communities. This application provides an integrated ecosystem that connects communities, MSMEs, and customary institutions through modern, easy-to-use, and secure services.

Through this application, the public can access various official information regarding Lemtari activities, programs, and news, both at the central and district levels. The Regency Community feature allows users to stay up-to-date on local developments, while the Regency Market (POS) provides a digital space for regional MSMEs to showcase and sell their products more widely.

The application also supports financial transactions through the integration of Bayarind payment services, including Direct Debit, Wallet, Top Up, QRIS Issuer, and PPOB services, making it easier for people to pay for various daily needs. All transactions are neatly recorded and can be monitored through the Transaction History feature, providing transparency and convenience for users.

To enhance convenience, the application is equipped with a transaction-specific notification system, which provides real-time updates on the status of purchases, payments, and other financial activities. Users can easily manage their profiles, including address settings, language settings (Indonesian & English), and security features such as PINs, biometrics, and password changes.

The app also provides various supporting information menus, such as FAQs, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and a Call Center. Furthermore, the application's administrative system allows Lemtari central and regional governments to efficiently manage content, membership, and MSME activities, as well as generate digital reports.

With its intuitive design and simplified user experience, the Lemtari app serves as a crucial foundation for the digitization of traditional institutions, empowerment of MSMEs, and expansion of access to digital services for local communities.
