Call — a system for creating a lesson schedule for schools. Complete the work that a head of academic affairs does in a week in one hour.

WHAT IT DOES

• Create a schedule — select a lesson from the list and tap on the cell. The system checks for conflicts: one teacher cannot be in two places, a class cannot have two lessons at the same time.
• Autofill — the system places the remaining lessons with one button: divides them equally into days, reduces the windows.
• Colored schedule — each teacher has its own color, the schedule is readable at a glance.
• Grouped lessons — in subjects such as English and computer science, group 1 / group 2 teachers are placed side by side in one cell.
• Unavailable time — if you mark a teacher’s busy time, the system will not add lessons there.
• Excel export — all classes in one file, each teacher has a separate schedule, with colors. The billing report is also sent to Excel.
• Publish link — distribute the finished schedule to the entire team with one link. Teachers can open the account without registration, on their phone.
• Tariffs - monthly and annual funds are automatically calculated based on workload, category, and year.
