Aitu Workspace

Aitu Workspace is a mobile workspace for company employees.

The app brings together corporate communications, tasks, news, and internal services in one convenient interface. Employees get a single window for daily work: communicating with colleagues, accessing services, handling tasks, and receiving important notifications.

What is available in Aitu Workspace:

Corporate chats
Communicate with colleagues in work-related one-to-one and group chats. Discuss projects, share files, receive notifications, and keep work communication within the corporate environment.

Action Hub
A single hub for tasks, assignments, requests, and notifications from connected corporate systems. Action Hub helps employees quickly see what needs attention, open the right card, and take action without searching across different services.

Service catalog
Quick access to the company’s internal web services and mini apps. Services open inside the app and can be connected to corporate authorization for a more convenient user experience.

Corporate feed
Company news, announcements, channels, and important information for employees in one place. The feed helps employees stay up to date with events, updates, and internal initiatives.

Single sign-on via Passport
Aitu Workspace supports single sign-on scenarios for company services. Authorization helps employees securely access available modules and embedded services.

Notifications
Receive push notifications about new messages, tasks, requests, status changes, and important events inside the company.
