QURYLYS HUB is a platform for construction work and materials in Kazakhstan.

CLIENT

Submit a bid or tender: type of work, city and region, scope, deadline, and photos of the site. You can attach a defect list, technical specifications, or a PDF estimate.

Contractors send responses with their price and deadline. You compare bids and select one. After your selection, correspondence begins, and the platform generates a contract for the work.

When the work is completed, you accept it or return it for revision with a description of the complaint. After the deal is closed, both parties leave feedback.

CONTRACTOR

Fill out your profile: specialization, types of work, city, and experience. Respond to requests for your type of work and attach a PDF estimate. Customer feedback is compiled into a rating and is visible on your profile.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS

The general contractor posts subcontract tenders on behalf of the company; the contractor sees that the bid is from the organization. The company profile displays its bids.

MATERIALS

A catalog of building materials with a request for quotation from the supplier, availability by warehouse, and a shopping cart.

WHAT ELSE IS AVAILABLE

• Chatting with photos, files, and voice messages
• Complaints about ads and people, blocking a contact
• Notifications about new responses, messages, and transaction stages
• Three interface languages: Russian, Kazakh, and English
• Agreement with a log of the parties' actions: who confirmed the terms and when

The platform does not accept payments or charge a commission on transactions. The client and contractor settle accounts directly. Contract creation is free.
