UCSF CI Conference

Your conference. Your schedule. Your guide to Continuous Improvement at UCSF.

The UCSF Continuous Improvement Conference (CIC) app puts everything you need for the conference right at your fingertips.

Explore the agenda, discover sessions, build your own schedule, find your way around, receive important event updates, and share feedback—all in one place.

The 3rd Annual Continuous Improvement Conference brings together people from across UCSF and beyond to learn, connect, exchange ideas, and discover better ways of working.

This year’s theme is Driving Enterprise Transformation Together. Whether you’ve run a dozen A3s or have never heard the term, CIC is for you. You don’t need a background in Lean or process design. Just bring your curiosity about how we can make work better... together~.

PLAN IT: Build a conference experience that works for you.

Explore the full CIC agenda, browse keynote and breakout sessions, and find the topics that interest you most. Save sessions to create your own personalized schedule and keep your day organized.

FIND IT: Know where to go and what’s happening.

Access session times, locations, speaker information, conference maps, networking opportunities, booths, and other event details from one convenient place. Spend less time figuring out where you need to be and more time experiencing the conference.

EXPERIENCE IT: Stay connected throughout the day.

Check in for the conference, explore what’s happening around you, and receive important announcements and event updates when needed. From the keynote and breakout sessions to the Poster Catchball Café, networking, and more, the app helps you make the most of your time at CIC.

SHARE IT: Help us continuously improve, too.

Continuous improvement goes both ways. Share your feedback on sessions and your overall conference experience directly through the app. Your input helps us learn what worked, what could be better, and how we can continue improving CIC.

IMPROVE IT: Take the ideas beyond the conference.

CIC is about more than one day. It’s an opportunity to learn from colleagues, discover how others are solving problems, make new connections, and find ideas you can bring back to your own work.

An access problem, a handoff problem, or a waste problem rarely gets solved alone. Sometimes the person or team with an idea that can help is just a conversation away.

Download the CIC app, build your schedule, find your next session, and join us in Driving Enterprise Transformation Together.
