Teachme MySkill

Teachme MySkill is a "talent growth platform" that encourages autonomous skill development.

On-site members learn through manuals, confirm their understanding with comprehension tests, and receive trainer certification to acquire skills and qualifications.

*This app is for employees of companies and organizations that have a Teachme MySkill contract. An account issued by your organization is required to use it.

【What is Teachme MySkill?】
It visualizes who possesses which skills and at what level. Skill information, which tends to remain in the minds of managers or on paper/Excel spreadsheets, becomes visible to the entire organization.

• Rapid integration of new employees into the workforce
• Personnel placement and training plans based on ability
• Training that doesn't require constant trainer supervision
• Improved retention rates through clear evaluation
