About SCATR

SCATR Zero Trust Transit (ZTT) is a security-focused VPN client that protects your network traffic with quantum-resistant encryption and multi-path routing.
SCATR creates a secure, device-level VPN tunnel between your Android device and SCATR relay infrastructure. Establishing this tunnel is the core function of the app.

KEY FEATURES
• Post-quantum cryptography: Key exchange using ML-KEM-1024 and digital signatures using ML-DSA-87, aligned with CNSA 2.0 guidance, protecting your traffic against harvest-now-decrypt-later threats.
• Strong transport encryption: All traffic between your device and the VPN tunnel endpoint is encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
• Multi-tunnel, multi-path routing: Traffic can be distributed across multiple simultaneous encrypted tunnels and network paths for resilience and performance in degraded or contested network conditions.
• Traffic obfuscation: Data camouflage techniques reduce the visibility and fingerprintability of your encrypted traffic.
• Zero trust architecture: Connections are authenticated and encrypted end to end between the client and SCATR relay nodes.

USE OF ANDROID VPNSERVICE
SCATR uses the Android VpnService API to establish and maintain the encrypted VPN tunnel that is the core purpose of this app. VpnService is required to route your device's network traffic through SCATR's secure tunnels. All data sent from your device to the VPN tunnel endpoint is encrypted. SCATR does not inject advertisements, does not sell user data, and does not redirect or manipulate your traffic for any purpose other than providing the secure transit service you configure.

ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT
