Raceon Manager: F1 Manager

Take charge of a team and lead it from Series 3 to the title, against other real managers.

Raceon Manager is a free-to-play online motorsports management game. One race per week, 16-Grand Prix seasons, promotions and relegations between series: every week has the same pace, and you always know when your presence is needed.

DURING THE WEEK, YOU PREPARE THE TEAM
• You train the drivers, skill by skill, with a weekly plan
• You develop the car: component research, parts production, managing wear
• You hire the staff (technical director, track engineer, chief mechanic, coach, trainer, scout)
• You upgrade the facilities: wind tunnel, factory, simulator, academy, hospitality
• You buy and sell drivers at market auctions, develop the young talents
• You sign sponsors and keep the books in order

THE RACE WEEKEND
• You choose the lineup and fine-tune the setup by listening to the driver
• You plan qualifying: tires and approach for Q1, Q2, and Q3, to be followed live
• On Sunday evening, the race is live, lap by lap, with you on the pit wall: pit stops, tires, pace, engine map, energy, team orders. The engineer advises, you decide.

THE CHAMPIONSHIP
• Groups of 8 teams, constructors' and drivers' standings, season records
• Group noticeboard to communicate with other managers
• Roll of Honor and public page for each team

FREE, NO PAID ADVANTAGES
You don't buy stronger drivers or faster cars: whoever manages them best wins. The Paddock Club offers additional convenience (preset strategies, race replays and graphs, setup library, head-to-head races) but nothing changes on the track.
