About Glabby - A GitLab Client

Glabby is a native GitLab client for Android phones and tablets. Read your issues, review a merge request properly, and find out why a pipeline failed — without opening a browser.

Sign in with a personal access token. Works with gitlab.com and with self-hosted GitLab.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Home shows what needs you: issues assigned to you, merge requests waiting for your review, pipelines that failed.
• Issues, with filters that stay put — comment, assign, label, close, and create new ones. Markdown is rendered, and #184 and !482 are tappable.
• Merge requests you can actually review: approve, merge, reopen, toggle draft, reply to a thread in place.
• A diff viewer built for a phone. Unified or split, syntax highlighted, unchanged hunks folded away, discussions where they belong.
• Pipelines and job logs. Searchable, jump straight to the first error, collapse the sections you have read.
• Repository and commits. Browse the tree, switch branch or tag, search files, read code with highlighting.
• One notification inbox, built on your GitLab todos, with categories and a tap that opens the exact thing that happened.
• Global search across projects, issues and merge requests.

BUILT FOR A PHONE
• Everything you have looked at is cached and readable offline, with a line saying how old it is.
• Dark mode, large text, and a second column on a tablet.
• Your fingerprint or face in front of the app, if you want it.
• Seven languages.
• No ads and no tracking. Your token stays in the Android Keystore and is never sent anywhere but your own GitLab.

FREE
Projects, issues, merge requests, the diff viewer, pipelines and job logs, the repository browser, commits, the notification inbox, offline caching, and search across projects, issues and merge requests. Notifications on your lock screen and the home-screen widget are Pro.

GLABBY PRO
• More than one account, and more than one GitLab instance.
• Search users, groups, commits and code, and save the searches you run again.
• Retry and cancel pipelines, and start manual jobs.
• Mentions, reviews and failed pipelines on your lock screen — and the rules for which ones get there.
• A home-screen widget, and six accent colours.

Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, or a single one-time purchase. Everything else stays free.

Glabby covers the everyday GitLab workflow: issues and tickets, merge requests and code review, Git repositories, commits and branches, CI/CD pipelines and job logs — on gitlab.com or on a self-hosted GitLab server.

Glabby is an independent app and is not affiliated with GitLab Inc.
